Warranty conditions

Nima Sleep is dedicated to delivering high quality and durable products, ensuring you experience restful and comfortable sleep. If a product sold by Nima Sleep is found to be defected, resulted from faulty workmanship or materials, Nima Sleep guarantees, at its discretion, either replacement or repair of the product. This warranty is solely to the original buyer and strictly confined to the terms stated. Nima Sleep, assumes no additional responsibilities, and all other implied warranties, including fitness for a specific purpose and merchantability, are explicitly renounced, and disclaimed.

This limited warranty covers the Nima Sleep products for 2-year from its original purchase date. The warranty is solely applicable when the buyer is an individual and using Nima Sleep products for personal consumer purposes after the purchase. The warranty becomes invalid if Nima Sleep products are resold, whether new or used. In order to make a warranty claim, the original buyer needs to provide proof of purchase, including the date, and product tag. To avail of warranty service, it’s essential to keep these documents for the entire 2-year warranty duration. For specifically Nima Sleep pillows this warranty covers the pillow and its cover, excluding any other accessories or products related to the pillow. The warranty is valid for Nima Sleep pillows used standard in-home consumer condition.

The warranty is solely applicable if during normal consumer use the material used in Nima Sleep products experience cracking, splitting or failure. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse or neglection, or if Nima Sleep detects and determines issues like, tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, burns, cuts, rodent or insect damages. Alternatively, damages from infestation, exposure to liquids, gels, blood, bodily fluids, or other fluids, as well as damages from weather or sun exposure, is not covered by this warranty.

If Nima Sleep detect the product is reasonably considered defective according to the above- mentioned terms, within the 2-year warranty from the original purchasing date, Nima Sleep will not charge the buyer for repairing or replacing Nima Sleep products. However, any costs related to transportation, handling or inspections for repairs or replacement of Nima Sleep products are solely responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, the warranty of Nima Sleep products starts from date of purchase and not from the repair or replacement date. Nima Sleep retains the sole discretion of decide whether to repair or replaced Nima Sleep products after a claim.

Nima Sleep is not responsible for incidental or substantial damages resulting from the warranty breach or resulting from the use of sleep related products like, pillows and sleeping eye masks. If there is any warranty issue within 2-year after the purchase date, the exclusive solution is repair or replacement of Nima Sleep products. Beside this warranty there are no other warranties either express or implied, applicable beyond what is stated on this limited warranty.
